Two postmodern mactan stone side tables designed by pierre magnussen ponte, 1980s. The table has a base of natural stone (fossil stone) which are fixed as stone strips on a wooden tube. The round hard glass top with beautiful facet edge lies on three travertine balls. The mactan stone with the coarse structure provides a beautiful contrast with the smooth glass top. Mactan is a natural stone with a relatively light weight. Partly due to the execution in stone strips, the table is easy to move. Condition: good vintage condition. Glass plates are intact. One of the balls is missing a transparent protective cap. Price a piece.
