Glass library in walnut, Art Deco style, 1960s

Glass-fronted walnut bookcase from the 1960s, in the Art Deco style. Two glass doors with wooden frames that lock, original lock, and four height-adjustable shelves inside. The body rests on a projecting stepped base supported by two solid pads: it is this base that gives it its distinctive appearance. The walnut veneer has a very pronounced grain. The shelves are 21 cm deep, suitable for paperback books and beautiful objects. In very good overall condition, the glass is intact.
