Burgundia series earthenware vase for the søholm factory in denmark. The burgundia series was born in 1956 from the collaboration of svend aage holm sørensen (1913-2004) for the forms and svend aage jensen for the set. This series is characterized by a matte glaze, a limited color palette and a very sleek design, typical of the 1950s. This vase is marked under the base "2057-3" and "søholm bornholm". It shows signs of wear on one of the faces.
