Bastiano 2 seater cord sofa by Afra & Tobia Scarpa, Gavina / Knoll

This 2 seater corduroy sofa was manufactured by either gavina or knoll in the 1960s and is in solid condition with a noticeable patina. The dark brown wooden frame shows signs of wear on the upper armrests and the back, but these give the sofa a certain something. The green cord cover of the cushions is in good condition with slight signs of wear. Afra & tobia scarpa designed the bastiano armchairs in the 1960s for the italian manufacturer gavina, which is known for extraordinary designer furniture.
