Hans Olsen leather chair with ottoman, 1960

The leather armchair in black leather comes in very good condition with a light patina. The leather of the armchair as well as the ottoman are soft, without major signs of wear, with a light patina on the corners of the armrest and the backrest. The imposing design of the armchair is characterized by the curved shape of the base and armrests. The wooden feet in a warm brown tone harmonize beautifully with the leather tone. The danish designer hans olsen learned his craft at kaare klint and later set up his own design studio. He worked for several of the well-known danish furniture manufacturers and designed this armchair in the 1960s.
