Set of 9 earthenware dessert plates from the french manufacturer "keller et guérin lunéville". They have a typically art nouveau decor and date from the 1900s. They have a pattern of country flowers and a pretty pink ribbon with the inscription "a la samaritaine". They are all stamped with the manufacturer's stamp, but it is erased on some. These very rare old plates served as gifts to the most important customers in the famous parisian store of samaritaine. This now temple of luxury was an emblematic place of belle epoque paris! The plates are in their own juice, normal when you are over 120 years old! Dimensions: 19.5 cm in diameter total weight for the 9 plates: 2.803 kg usual wear, scratches, dirt, some manufacturing defects, particularly on the colors which are faded in places. One plate has very small chips on the edges.".
