Oil painting on canvas "Portrait of Grandmother" signed + frame, 19th century

Painting (19th century school) depicting a portrait of a lady with a headscarf. The work is signed in pencil (signature to be deciphered). The painting is oval in format and requires restoration (the canvas is slightly stretched, revealing the stretcher bars – see photos). The frame (of more recent manufacture) is included (shows signs of wear). Dimensions of the canvas: 21 X 24.5 cm, with frame: 30 X 34 cm.
