This XL format, very rare, makes it a standout decorative piece, ideal for placing on the floor or on a large piece of furniture. Details and finishes: Origin: Characteristic work of the potters of Tamegroute (Southern Morocco), known for its deep emerald green glaze and typical firing nuances. Relief work: Rich applied relief decoration (pastillage) featuring stylised flowers and ornamental patterns across the belly and neck. Spectacular handle: Double twisted handle of great technical finesse, highlighting the elegance of its slender line. Authenticity: The unglazed raw base confirms traditional and ancient handcrafted production. The slight variations in the glaze are the signature of handwork and the passage through traditional kilns. Condition: Very good overall condition for a piece of this scale.
