Vintage ceiling light from the 1960s.

Superb vintage ceiling light from the 1960s-1970s, with a typical modernist design. Structure in gilded brass, 2 light arms, celluloid diffuser (?) with a caning pattern like that of a chair seat. The central support is made of original Bakelite. A rare piece in mid-century style, perfect for a retro chic or Scandinavian interior. This ceiling light can also be placed on a wall above a chest of drawers, for example. Diameter: approx. 55 cm including brass loops. ⚙️ Original electrical system, to be checked for safety before installation. Condition: very good, with minor signs of wear consistent with age.
