Rare pair of mirror sconces with putti. Napoleon III / Art Nouveau ~

Superb pair of wall sconces in Art Nouveau style, richly decorated with foliage, scrolls, and cherubs (putti, cupids) with integrated mirrors and double light arms. The sconces are made of silver-plated metal (silvered brass) with a beautiful antique patina. The mirrors show some slight signs of age that contribute to their charm and authenticity. Dimensions: * Height: 30 cm. * Width: 25 cm. * Weight: 1.18 kg per sconce. The two sconces are electrified and sold as a pair. Overall condition is very satisfactory for their age. Note: The cups located under some of the candle holders are slightly deformed and would benefit from being straightened for a perfect presentation. Some signs of normal use and wear related to their age. Very beautiful decorative presence, ideal for a characterful interior, an Art Nouveau, Belle Époque, or romantic decor.
