Retro stool, years 60/70

Tabouret most certainly dating from the 60s/70s, originally in chrome metal. To give it a more chic side we chose to remove the chrome and then paint it in matte black and end with a satin varnish. Its seat, which it was in white formica, is much more comfortable with a polyether foam covered with a cotton, then a beautiful velvet patterned "grue and old roses", on the side a purple uni velvet, and finally a border on the outline and a button on top. Finishing feet with small, discreet rubber skates! Finishing the underside by hand. The velvet of the top is on a blue background and the motifs in a cameo of violin and burgundy...
