Vintage stool by Vytautas Beiga for Jonavos Baldų Kombinatas, 1958

This Ottoman was designed in the years 1950 by Vytautas Beiga and manufactured by Jonavos Baldų Kombinatas. It is part of a bedroom set specially designed for a competition in Moscow. The feet are covered with black paint and the seat has been repainted in a gilded fabric.
