China Coffee Table 1950

Elegant living room coffee table, double top in lacquered wood from china, asian art, mid-twentieth century. The upper stage features in its centre a scene of traditional chinese life, 'the return of the warrior' 'polychrome asian décor, carved and painted by hand, and a floral decoration for the lower plateau. Some slight cracks, and traces in the black background, it is visible on the many photos of the announcement.
