Large Mid Century suspension lamp with lacquered metal and engraved opaline glass from 1960.

Large Mid-Century suspension light in blue and white lacquered metal and engraved opaline glass dating from 1960. The engraved opaline glass has a convex shape above and below the centre in blue lacquered metal, thus altering the perceived image of the lamp depending on the angle of view. This lamp, with a diameter of 62 cm, is typical of mid-20th century style and comes from a significant Dutch building designed by architect Jos Bijnen of the Bosschen school. The item is in good original condition with normal signs of wear due to age and use. Five identical pieces are available, all in the same good condition.
