Pair of "Modus" armchairs by Kristian Vedel for Søren Willadsen (Denmark, 1960s). A rare and authentic set of two solid oak lounge chairs with beautifully detailed joinery. The frames have been carefully refreshed while preserving the original character of the wood and its warm patina. The brown leather has been cleaned and maintained, showing a lovely patina and signs of wear in keeping with its vintage nature. An excellent example of mid-century Danish design, combining elegant sculptural lines with exceptional comfort thanks to the wide seats, suspended leather backs, and generous cushions.
