Beautiful antique ironstone plate from the Creil and Montereau factory, Compiègne model. An uncommon and particularly decorative model, featuring a superb deep green printed design composed of floral motifs, scrolls, and figures in a very fine style from the late 19th / early 20th century. Marked on the reverse: Creil et Montereau – Compiègne – Terre de Fer. A very lovely piece of antique crockery, ideal for wall decoration, in a china cabinet, or to complement a collection of ironstone. In generally good condition considering its age: no chips and no cracks. However, it does show signs of use, including scratches, a few small stains, and old marks visible in the photos. Diameter: 23 cm. Height: 2.5 cm. Weight: approximately 430 g.
