Dining table set and 6 stripped chairs by designer, architect and photographer Marc Held. A technique developed by the Mobilier Nationale for the Elysée Palace, President François Mitterrand's dining room. This chair model is ranked No. 3 in the execution of the refectory design of the IBM Montpellier la Lande headquarters in 1982. This series, listed on a small production run, is a maximum of 200 tables and 920 chairs to ensure the catering service of the 3, 000 employees present on the site at that time (archive photos). Chair in multi-ply plywood modeled in the mass with a slight relief that reveals ribs assembled by BTR screws and inserts.
