Magnificent buffet/cabinet in Henri II style made of solid walnut and marble.

Superb two-part buffet (high sideboard and low support unit) in the Henri II/Renaissance style from the late 19th century. This characterful and family piece has an authentic charm and elegance with hand-carved finishes. Magnificent marble top. The lower part features two carved doors with key locks opening to a large storage space, topped with two drawers that also lock with keys. The upper part is a very beautiful sideboard with turned balusters, a shelf, and an openwork gallery at the top. Very good overall condition, robust, sound, and very well maintained. Note: the upper unit easily separates from the lower unit to greatly simplify transport. To be collected in Bourgoin-Jallieu (38), the piece is heavy, so please plan for several people or a carrier who will collect the furniture from the home.
