Important pair of two-body buffets in richly carved Renaissance style, made of solid oak, featuring monumental architecture with columns, masks, and historical panels. The upper display cabinets with leaded glass doors open to presentation shelves. The central section is adorned with small round-boss sculptures representing musicians and troubadours. The lower doors showcase remarkable finely carved peasant scenes in high relief. Very high quality of execution with abundant decoration: Masks-column-fluted-friezes-Renaissance-animated scenes-bronze pull rings. Dimensions: 249h X 100 X 58cm. Period: Late 19th century in the Renaissance style. Materials: Solid oak-Leaded glass. Condition: Very good overall condition. Beautiful warm patina of the oak. Some minor signs of use consistent with age.
