Set of Two Vintage Fat Lava Hand-painted Ceramic Vases by Bay Keramik - West Germany - 1960s

A thick mint glaze covers this set of two bay keramik vases designed and produced in west germany in the 1960s. The vases are hand-painted with a geometric motif with purple, yellow, white, black and green diamond shapes. The interior of the vases is burgundy. One of the two vases has its original sticker 'bay keramik' and both are embossed on the base ‘west-germany 605-17’. In excellent condition. Approximate sizes: height 17 cm X diameter 11 cm. Diameter at the top 7 cm (internal diameter 5 cm).
