Charming little vintage vase: all the poetry of Iberian pottery from the 1950s to 1970s. Its rounded, bulbous shape, topped with a slightly irregular flared neck, offers a lovely contrast between movement and verticality. The decoration is entirely in relief: large stylized flowers, naive rose and daisy motifs that appear hand-carved before being covered with a deep, glossy green-brown glaze. The glazing, typical of Portuguese or Spanish workshops of the period, reveals beautiful depth effects in the recesses of the motif. A subtle network of cracks in the glaze adds its authentic charm. The neck has a small, discreet, and age-related chip, consistent with its history as an object. No maker's mark or provenance indicated. Height 14 cm, diameter at widest point 9.5 cm, neck diameter: 5 cm Good vintage condition, with a small chip on the neck and a natural patina. An ideal piece for an organic vintage-inspired decor.
