A lovely metal coat rack attributed to artimeta in the netherlands around 1950. The piece is made of high quality black lacquered metal with a yellow perforated metal hat shelf. The tubular frame is bent into shape with an asymmetrical shape for the coat hangers, adding a unique touch to this modern design! The perforated metal hat shelf adds nicely to it’s style and makes this a most recognizable design. A wonderful minimalist modern piece that will be a nice eye-catcher in any decor! It remains in good original condition with minor wear consistent with age and use, preserving a nice patina.
