Large Lamp Sculpture Art Deco style - Chapman Model (Vintage 1980s)

Superb vintage lamp-sculpture base from the early 1980s (Art Deco Revival period). This is the iconic model designed and produced by the prestigious American lighting company Chapman Manufacturing Company (circa 1982). Although the paper label is no longer present under the base, the design, the fan-shaped geometric form, and the two-tone finishes are perfectly characteristic and authenticate this sought-after piece. • Material: Glazed stoneware (dense art ceramic) with a remarkable trompe-l'œil metallic finish, perfectly imitating shiny copper and relief decorations in chrome metal. • Design: Powerful architectural silhouette, ideal for high-end Hollywood Regency or modernist decor. • Dimensions: 42 X 11 X 31 cm in height (without the socket). Generous and sculptural format, perfect on a sideboard, console, or designer buffet. • Condition: In magnificent vintage condition. The metallic glaze is superb, with no major chips or cracks. • Electricity: Original functional system. A rare collector's piece on the European market, ideal for adding a chic, graphic, and vintage touch to your interior. Highly secure delivery conditions: • Hand delivery is warmly preferred given the value and stoneware nature of the object. • Shipping possible: the package will be prepared with extreme care.
