Louis XV style armchair in beech – Yellow/blue damask fabric with floral pattern.

Beautiful Louis XV style armchair in beech, with dark patinated wood and elegant curves characteristic of the rococo style. The curved legs, shaped armrests, and carved details (stylised flower visible at the top of the backrest) bring all the refinement of the 18th century. It is upholstered in sumptuous golden yellow damask fabric with large floral patterns, foliage, and stylised blue-grey shapes. The golden upholstery nails perfectly highlight the curves of the armchair. The backrest is covered in a light checkered fabric, a classic detail of period armchairs. Total height: 100 cm. Width: 63 cm. Seat depth: 50 cm. Very good vintage condition with a beautiful patina of use on the wood (some scratches and natural signs of time, clearly visible in the photos). The fabric is in generally good condition, with no major tears or snags. The armchair is solid and comfortable.
