4 dessert plates in earthenware from Castres

A very beautiful set of 4 small antique flat plates (dessert or starter plates) made of Castres earthenware, dating from the early 20th century. Decorated with airbrush and stencil in shades of green, blue, and plum purple. The central motif, different for each plate, features various fruits on branches (grapes, plums, green apples). The edges of each plate are adorned with a slip decoration frieze. In very good condition, with a lovely patina of use but no cracks or chips. Diameter: 20 cm. Weight before packaging (x4): 1.2 kg.
