Unframed oil on canvas representing marseille and an alley in the old port. Carlo sim or carl sim, is a franco-swiss artist of the 20th century, he notably painted numerous mountain landscapes but also seaside landscapes. Like a postcard (there are also many old postcards which display this type of alleys of marseille), this street with its shimmering colors and liveliness at will, takes us back to a time when life in front of the doors remains very nostalgic.
