Rare “Knubbling” floor lamp by Anders Pehrson for Ateljé Lyktan (Sweden, 1970s). An absolutely spectacular design by renowned Swedish designer Anders Person, the Knubbling floor lamp is a true statement piece. The lamp features an elegant dark brown lacquered metal base, beautifully contrasted by a generous acrylic shade. Both the shade and the internal diffuser emit light in subtly different tones, creating a layered and dynamic illumination effect. When lit, the lamp reveals a warm, atmospheric glow with remarkable depth. This example remains in very good vintage condition, showing only minor surface scratches to the base consistent with age and use. A rare and collectible piece of Swedish modern lighting.
