Beautiful Empire-style display cabinet in mahogany and mahogany veneer from the late 19th century. Chest height. The front features detached columns, topped with finely chiselled gilded bronze, which can also be found at the base of the columns. It is crowned with a beautiful black marble and rests on two cylindrical front feet. The two sides are partially glazed, as is the main door, which opens with its original lock and keyhole. The very nice work on the key, which features two chimeras back to back, is noteworthy. Inside, three glass shelves rest on small brass supports. The back of the cabinet is entirely covered with an original mirror, allowing for a view of the displayed objects from all angles—especially since the glass shelves also allow for vertical viewing. There are some signs of sun damage on the varnish, a slight chip on one edge of the marble, and the usual wear to note, but it is in very good overall condition, perfect for displaying china, for example. H: 145 cm. W: 85 cm. D: 49 cm. The price is firm, thank you. Delivery possible in the Île-de-France area to your doorstep for 40 euros.
