Gabriel Lemonnier covered vase in enamelled earthenware 19th century

Covered vase in glazed earthenware signed Gabriel Lemonnier, active at the end of the 19th century. The decoration presents polychrome flowers in relief on a cloudy background, characteristic of the productions of Lemonnier and J. Houry, awarded at the Universal Exhibition in Vienna in 1873. The mount rests on leaf-shaped feet ending in eagle claws holding a ball, an ornamental motif emblematic of the eclectic taste of the end of the 19th century.
