Round dining table dlg Warren Platner, Italy circa 1970

Superb round dining table from around 1970. In the style of the productions by American designer Warren Platner for Knoll International. The very beautiful top measures 120 cm in diameter and 4.5 cm in thickness (height 76 cm) and is made of satin black melamine (leather with Platner) set in a golden oak frame with rounded edges and a groove in the centre. The whole rests on a very beautiful cross base made of chrome-plated steel (with a 7 cm diameter column) featuring metal pads on a swivel for perfect stability. Of very high quality and in excellent condition, there are just a few micro-scratches from use as well as 3 micro-chips on the edge of the top (see photos) which do not affect the overall aesthetics of the table. Ideal for a large kitchen, it will comfortably accommodate 4 to 5 guests. The Italian chic of the 70s. Not to be missed!!!
