Set of 12 green ceramic knife rests from Digoin Sarreguemines, France, from the 1950s. Their braided texture is superb, and note the detail of the cord surrounding each end. The two shades of green, from intense to light, and their shine are reminiscent of pretty candy berlingots. In good condition, with just three tiny spots of enamel, as shown in the last photo.
