Pair of Empire-style bergère armchairs decorated with swans and lyres

Pair of Empire-style armchairs, "klismos" style, in blackened and gilded wood, flanked by majestic pairs of swans, with lyre-shaped carved backs decorated with Greek motifs. Early 20th century, from a renowned Parisian furniture house. In very good condition. Seats in exceptional condition. Some minor wear, particularly on the armrests and backs (see photo).
