It has the charm of Parisian apartments from the 1930s: a small theatre of greenery where each plant finds its stage. This three-tier plant stand was born in the Art Deco era, when cabinetmakers sculpted wood into pure lines and fluid movements. We can imagine it near a window, welcoming a fern, a philodendron, and an orchid, casting round shadows of its tiers on the floor. The three arms, steam-bent, rise like stems, originating from a central core and undulating gracefully. The circular base anchors the whole piece and protects the floor; the tiers, at staggered heights, create a natural display. It is a piece that is light to the eye, sturdy in use, and fits seamlessly into both a contemporary living room and a vintage conservatory. In very good overall condition, with a uniform varnish and fine signs of use consistent with its age. Stable and ready for use.
