1950s Bauhaus style desk lamp by H. Busquet for Hala, Netherlands

A beautiful Bauhaus style desk lamp designed by H. Busquet, manufactured by Hala Zeist in the Netherlands in the 1950s. This modern piece is made of high quality chrome plated metal. It has a round foot, large round shade and a tubular arced arm with joints at the bottom and top, allowing the piece to be repositioned and the light to be aimed in different directions. A beautiful versatile piece in eye-catching Bauhaus style, that will be a lovely addition to any interior or office space! The piece remains in good, vintage condition with only a small dent on the shade (as shown in photos) and minor wear consistent with age and use, preserving a beautiful patina.
