Cristallerie Lorraine box set of 6 knife holders with salt shaker and salt spoon

Rare box of 6 oak leaf pattern knife holders (1 damaged on the underside see photo) from the Lorraine crystal factory. With salt shaker and rare salt spoon in sterling silver and enamel Russian hallmark 875. The leaves are approximately 10 X 4 cm.
