Beautiful and heavy dark blue vase designed by göte augustsson in the 1960s for ruda glasbruk. This cobalt blue vase, created by göte augustsson (1917-2004) has a unique texture and relief that interacts with light. It is made of glass blown in a mold. During this process the hot glass burned the molds, which gave each piece surface variations and increased production costs due to frequent mold replacement. The trace of the cane can be seen under the vase. Excellent condition, with no visible cracks or discoloration.
