Painted wooden library

Generous dimensions for this painted wooden bookcase of the first half of the twentieth century. Original yellow patina. The bookcase is composed of a low element with 2 openings overlooking a compartment with 1 shelf. The lower part closes with a key (present and functional). The upper part has 2 glazed openings overlooking a space with 4 shelves (3 large shelves + 1 small). The doors close with a key (present and functional). The top element pauses on the lower part which offers the advantage of facilitating the handling and installation of the furniture. The structure and shelves of the library are made of fir. It is paneled (back and sides) in okumé plywood. This piece of furniture is old and is traversed by traces of its past uses (scratches, holes, stains). It remains in a very satisfactory condition.
