Still life reproduction by Proferio Grossi

Unframed reproduction of an oil depicting a hyperrealistic still life by the italian painter proferio grossi (1923-2000) made in 1970. Sublime representation of apothecary bottles and jar, food (garlic) in gradient tones of brown and gray, incredible precision and detail. Proferio grossi is famous for his ability to paint still lifes saturated with details in brilliant colors. The work is signed and dated lower right. The reproduction on canvas gives the illusion of a real painting which, nevertheless, has not been preserved in the best conditions and bears traces of time: fine tears on the side, presence of small spots and areolas, deformation of the canvas and presence of small pimples, the back is stitched...
