Pair of empire period candlesticks

Elegant pair of candlesticks in chased and regilded bronze from the empire period. On a circular base decorated with a frieze of foliage, flowers and a gadrooned rosette, rests the sheathed shaft decorated with a vase also gadrooned, fluting and rings. It ends with a socket chased with lotus leaves. Parisian work circa 1805 whose model is attributed to claude galle, .
