Space Age floor lamp by Andre Ricard for Metalarte, Spain, 1967. An icon of 1970s design, this floor lamp features a tubular metal structure with a pivoting plexiglass shade. The shade consists of two parts, one of which has an aluminium reflector inside, allowing for the adjustment of light output to the desired position. Made of plexiglass, aluminium, and chrome-plated steel, this light fixture is wired, in working condition, and operates on 220 volts. Designed by André Ricard in 1967 for Metalarte, Spain. Manufacturer's mark on the supports. Good original condition.
