Stonehill vintage teak bookshelf (1960s)

This vintage Stonehill bookshelf made of teak from the 1960s is an iconic piece of British mid-20th century design. Made in the UK, it showcases the craftsmanship of the English publisher Stonehill Furniture, known for its clean Scandinavian lines and great functionality. The piece offers several storage solutions: a compartment closed by sliding doors, asymmetrical shelves, two drawers, and a large cabinet with two hinged doors. The typical sled base of British modernist creations adds lightness and stability. Fully cleaned, sanded, and oiled, the bookshelf is in very good overall condition, with some discreet signs of use. The drawers and sliding doors work perfectly.
