Old wooden checkers board

Superb checkers board in solid wood and marquetry with its wooden box that contains the pawns. 24 black pawns and 24 white wooden pawns with a piece of green velvet on the back to allow them to slide on the game board. They are stored in a beautiful wooden box. The game board is made of marquetry with several species of wood. The surroundings of the plateau are made of solid oak. Tray weight 5 kg. Very nice craftsmanship. Some slight lack of varnish on the tray. Very good general condition.
