Used condition with minor traces (see photos) Inoue Rosen (1872-1941) Born in Okayama Prefecture. Painter of the Shijo school. After studying under Ono Seiun in Osaka, he studied under Kikuchi Hobun in Kyoto. He returned to his hometown and worked as an art teacher while painting.
