Original lithograph from the 19th century by Jean-Victor Adam. Art plate featuring scenes of plowing, chinoiseries, and turqueries. Presented in a superb art frame made in Brussels: wooden frame with genuine gold leaf gilding and double matting in black and gold (signed in pencil by the framer). 37 cm X 31 cm. Mid-19th century (circa 1835-1840) Very good overall condition for its age, paper delicately patinated. Back condition: The cardboard at the back (back of the frame) is currently held by black gaffa tape; it will simply need to be properly reattached with a few small framing nails. A high-quality piece, elegant and ready to be hung.
