Vintage Space Age Pendant Lamp, Herbert Proft, Glashütte Limburg

A very stylish and high-quality finished pendant lamp. Designed in the 1970s by Herbert Proft for the German Glashütte Limburg. The mushroom- or trumpet-shaped lamp has a flared glass shade that is closed at the bottom and hangs from a chrome fixture. The glass shade is secured with chrome knobs as well. The lamp gives a beautiful light thanks to the slightly recessed bulb. The lamp is in very neat condition and shows no notable signs of wear. It is marked on the inside.
