Rocky catchall André Quiron / Vallauris

Rare vide poche in the shape of a shuttle made of glazed ceramic by André Quiron (Vallauris), featuring the typical rock art decoration of this artist, with Lascaux bison surrounded by silhouettes of hunters on a beautifully glossy glazed background. The border and base on two protruding feet are crafted to resemble lava. Painted signature near the right border. Item from the 1970s in very good condition, no cracks or chips. Dimensions: 32 X 11.8 X 6 cm - weight 710 g.
