Royal System by Poul Cadovius for Cado, 1960s – Wall System Teak, 15-Piece

Royal System wall system by Cadovius from the 1960s, a 15-piece modular Danish wall unit with a light and open appearance. The combination of shelves, drawers and a sideboard creates a functional and visually calm composition that can be arranged flexibly. The system consists of four wall uprights of 202 cm, a sideboard of 160 X 37.5 X 42.5 (H) cm with sliding doors and shelf, a cabinet with drop-down door of 80 X 37.5 X 42.5 (H) cm with two drawers and six compartments, a drawer unit of 80 X 30 X 24 (H) cm with two drawers and two compartments and eight shelves, five measuring 80 X 24 cm and three measuring 80 X 20 cm. The total dimensions of the setup are 244 X 37.5 X 220 (H) cm. Designed by Poul Cadovius for Cado in Denmark and made in teak with metal brackets. The condition of this Royal System wall system is very good, with minimal signs of use consistent with age, including slight colour variation and a small veneer repair. The system has been fully checked, is structurally sound and complete with original metal mounting brackets.
