Polish design green vase

Unique Polish design vase of the early 1970s. In green water color this vase is work of Zbigniew Horbowy plastic artist dealing with industrial design, unique and utilitarian glass in Poland after the war. Professor in the Department of ceramics and glass and Rector of the Academy of Fine Arts in Wroclaw, considered the first designer of the school Polish of glass. His creations are based on a simple coception, economy of cool shapes and colors of savings. This one extraordinary, almost translucent, partially open flower-shaped vase is a unique piece.
