Butcher's log Early twentieth monogrammed

Very rare butcher's log early twentieth monogrammed. The cutting top is oak using the technique of standing wood to solidify the cut and create a real block of wood very solid, the feet are elm with the presence of a brass monogram in the middle, it is very rare to see logs in noble wood such as elm and oak which leads me to say that this log must have been in the kitchens of a large house bourgeois or a luxury butcher's shop. Object of decoration but also real object of curiosity.
