Rare set of 5 josef hoffmann succ bielitz chairs in bentwood. Josef hoffmann (december 15, 1870 in brtnice – may 7, 1956 in vienna) was an austrian architect, designer and entrepreneur, co-founder of the wiener werkstätte, and one of the leading figures of the vienna secession. The influence of this creator on modernism in the twentieth century is considerable. All chairs are stamped, they are in their juice, to clean, a hole in the canning of one of them. Some wear and tear of normal use. Seat height 46.7 cm.
